Issue: TV Dock not working?

  1. Ensure the correct HDMI input is selected on your TV/monitor.
  2. Ensure you are using a working HDMI cable (preferably NS original or tested).
  3. Ensure the TV Dock AC adapter is connected to a working wall outlet.
  4. Unplug the console and plug it back in.
  5. Unplug the HDMI cable and reconnect it.
  6. The device may generate heat during use. Use only in a well-ventilated area. Do not obstruct the vents.
