POWKONG operates 4 regional warehouses to serve our customers faster and more affordably:
Order Processing Time
After your order is placed, we need 2–5 business days to process and pack your order before it ships. This includes:
- Picking and quality checking your item(s)
- Packing and preparing for dispatch
- Handing over to the carrier
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please contact us at support@powkong.com.
Important Notes
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. To modify or cancel, email support@powkong.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Addresses We Cannot Deliver To
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, mail-forwarding addresses, BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or temporary residence addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please take photos and contact support@powkong.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside US / CA / MX / EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to logistics unavailability or risk management checks. Contact support@powkong.com and we'll help resolve it.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes, tracking can pause 2–3 days during transit. If there's been no update for more than 7 days, please reach out to us.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 24 hours at support@powkong.com.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
